The Fire Marshal shall issue licenses and collect fees as herein provided. Where the licenses govern a trade or occupation, they shall be for the fiscal year commencing July 1.
(A) Manufacturers of or dealers in explosives, except when explosives are being manufactured for the defense of the nation shall pay a fee as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.
(B) The installer of storage tanks shall pay a fee, whether new or replacement installations, as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.
