§ 94.51 BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION; FIRE MARSHAL.
   (A)   The Fire Prevention Code adopted by § 94.01 shall be enforced by the Bureau of Fire Prevention in the Fire Department, which is hereby established and which shall be operated under the supervision of the Fire Marshal.

   (B)   The present Fire Marshal shall be in charge of the Bureau of Fire Prevention. Any appointment to fill this vacancy shall be in accordance with the civil service rules and regulations on the basis of examination to determine his qualifications.
