§ 94.01 FIRE PREVENTION CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE; DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   There is hereby adopted for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, a certain code known as the Waterbury Fire Prevention Code. Copies of the code have been and are now on file in the office of the City Clerk and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the city.

   (B)   For the purpose of the Fire Prevention Code adopted by division (A) of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CORPORATION COUNSEL. The attorney for the city.
      MUNICIPALITY. The City of Waterbury.
