§ 94.26 APPROVAL OF EXTINGUISHERS PREREQUISITE TO SALE OR LEASE.
   No portable fire extinguisher shall be sold or leased in this city unless it was approved, labeled or listed by a nationally recognized testing laboratory, such as Underwriter's Laboratories, Inc., Factory Mutual Engineering Corporation or any other laboratory which is approved by the Fire Department as qualified to test portable fire extinguishers.
