§ 94.03 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR BRUSH FIRES.
   (A)   No person shall ignite any brush fire without first having obtained from the Fire Marshal a permit for such purpose. In passing upon the application, the Fire Marshal shall consider weather conditions, the need for igniting the fire and the amount of supervision available.
   (B)   The Fire Marshal shall have the power to grant or refuse the permits in his discretion, depending upon the weather conditions at the time of application.
