The persons to whom the notices are directed, or their duly authorized agents, may file a written request with the Superintendent of Police for a hearing before the Hearing Officer appointed by the Mayor pursuant to the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 14-150, within the 30-day period of compliance prescribed in § 90.04 for the purpose of defending the charges by the city. Forms to request a hearing shall be available at the Police Department.
