§ 52.16 REPORTS.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works shall report from time to time to the Board of Aldermen, whenever in the opinion of the Board, any new public hydrant or reservoir is needed by the city for protection against fire.

   (B)   Reports of the inspections provided for in division (A) above shall be made to the Board of Public Works and the Chief of the Fire Department immediately, setting forth the results of the inspection and these reports shall be kept on file and open for examination at any time.
