§ 52.01 SPRINKLING.
   (A)   There shall be no lawn and garden sprinkling nor the use of any stationary watering device between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
   (B)   During periods of drought or water supply emergency this use of water shall be eliminated completely.
