§ 51.51 CONSTRUCTION IN PROXIMITY TO DRINKING WATER SUPPLY WELL.

No building sewer shall be constructed within 25 feet of a drinking water supply well. If a building sewer is constructed within 25 to 75 feet of a drinking water supply well, it shall be constructed in accordance with all applicable guidelines promulgated by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection.
