§ 51.42 CLASSES OF BUILDING SEWER PERMITS; APPLICATION, FEE.
   (A)   There shall be two classes of building sewer permits:
      (1)   For residential and commercial service; and
      (2)   For service to establishments producing industrial wastes. In either case, a state-licensed contractor shall make application on a special form furnished by the city.
   (B)   The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Plumbing Inspector.
   (C)   A permit, inspection and connection fee for residential, commercial or industrial building sewer permits shall be as follows:
      (1)   For residential buildings: As set forth for each dwelling unit in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code A dwelling unit is defined as one or more rooms providing complete living, sleeping and eating facilities for one family, including bathroom and kitchen facilities. Any residential building(s) requiring an off-street site connection from a lateral street connection shall pay a fee as set forth for each dwelling unit in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code for each lateral street connection plus the fee per dwelling unit as required by this section;
      (2)   For commercial and industrial buildings: As set forth for each square foot in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code; and
      (3)   For hotel, motel and lodging facilities: As set forth for each sleeping unit in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.
