§ 50.35 PROGRAM ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a program for the mandatory separation of compostable leaf waste material and yard trimmings from garbage or rubbish by the residents of the city and the collection of these compostable leaf waste materials shall be made under the supervision of the Superintendent of Waste Disposal.
