§ 50.05 PLACE OF DISPOSAL.
   The Board of Public Works shall be empowered to order the immediate removal by the owner of wastes disposed of in a manner or place not in conformity with the provisions of this subchapter or with the regulations of the Board of Public Works pertaining thereto.
