§ 39.065 EXTENSIONS.
   A public official, employee or member of a board or commission who is required to file a financial disclosure statement may have one 30-day filing extension by filing a notice with the City Clerk by the date on which the financial disclosure statement is due. Failure to file by the extended deadline shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
