§ 39.044 RELATING TO BUSINESS WITH THE CITY.
   No public official, employee or member of a board or commission having a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any transaction with the city or in any action to be taken by the city shall use his office to exert his influence or vote on the transaction or action.
