§ 38.245 REGULATIONS.
   Regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the applicable provisions of the administrative procedures ordinance upon its enactment or, if prior thereto, in accordance with any procedures which may, in the opinion of the Corporation Counsel, then be applicable.
