§ 38.211 APPOINTMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The Director of Purchasing shall be appointed by the Mayor, as set forth in §§ 4-2(b) and 7A-2(b) of the Charter of the city.
   (B)   The Director of Purchasing shall have relevant recent experience in public procurement or in the large-scale procurement of commodities, services or construction, and shall be a person with demonstrated executive and organizational ability.
