§ 38.047 PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS.
   As set forth herein, prospective suppliers may be prequalified for particular types of commodities, services and construction. The Director of Purchasing shall determine the method of submitting prequalification information and the information required in order to be prequalified.
