§ 37.999 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.
   The penalty provisions of § 12A-7 of the Charter shall not be abrogated by the adoption of this code and therefore shall remain in full force and effect and shall be recodified as part of Chapter 6 of the Charter.
