The Director of Human Resources may reject any application which indicates that the applicant is deficient in any one, several or all of the requirements as specified in the public announcement of the examination and/or does not satisfactorily complete the prescribed application forms. The Civil Service Commission may adopt regulations establishing standards for rejection.
