§ 37.021 UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE.

   The unclassified service shall include:

   (A)   All elective officials and persons appointed to fill vacancies in elective offices;

   (B)   Members of all elected or appointed boards and commissions;

   (C)   The Corporation Counsel and Director of the Budget;

   (D)   The Executive Secretary to the Mayor and all other members of the staff employed at any time in the Mayor's Office;

   (E)   The Deputy Police Superintendent, Assistant Chief Fire Engineer and Deputy Public Works Director for Operations and Deputy Public Works Director for Services;

   (F)   Board of Education certified teachers and the Chief Operating Officer;

   (G)   Grant funded positions; and

   (H)   School Nurse position.
