§ 37.006 LABOR RELATIONS.
   The Human Resources Department may be assigned responsibility for labor relations, including, grievances and hearings thereon and assisting or acting on behalf of the Mayor in contract negotiations. In this capacity, the Director may be authorized, in accordance with the requirements of the Charter of the city pertaining to the hiring of counsel, to retain outside counsel to aid in labor relations.
