§ 33.04 ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   There shall be an Office of Emergency Management Advisory Board consisting of the Mayor, as Chairperson, the aldermanic member of the Board of Public Works, such other members of the Board of Aldermen who are chosen to serve by the Mayor, the Chairperson of the Waterbury Disaster Committee, the Chief of the Fire Department, the Superintendent of Police, the Director of Health, a representative of the local Red Cross Chapter, a representative of the local Salvation Army Chapter, the Superintendent of Schools, the Superintendent of Public Assistance, a representative of industry, a representative of labor, a representative of agriculture, a representative of a veterans' organization, a representative of a women's organization, a representative of the local chamber of commerce, and a representative of a local news media.
   (B)   All appointments to the Board shall be made by the Mayor and the terms of appointees to the Board shall be concurrent with the Mayor's term of office.
