§ 33.01 AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE AID.
   The Mayor (or any other officer delegated or appointed by the Mayor) is authorized to accept on behalf of the city, all equipment, supplies and materials and money offered by the federal government to enable the city to carry out any program, act or activity necessary to the proper functioning of preparedness activities in the city. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreements or documents and to agree to reasonable terms and conditions as may be required by the federal government for the grant, loan, lease or other use or possession of the equipment, supplies, materials or money.
