(A) General requirements. In a subdivision proposed to be located within the city corporate limits or within the jurisdiction of the City Plan Commission, the Plan Commission shall require concrete curb and gutter on each side of the street surface. The curb and gutter shall be 1 of the construction types shown on the accompanying Standard Plan in Appendix C, and shall be constructed in accordance with the following specifications.
(B) Materials and design. The quality of the material in and the design of the concrete curbs and gutters shall conform to that of a portland cement concrete pavement as specified in § 154.062 of these specifications.
(C) Joints. Joint construction shall conform to that of a portland cement concrete pavement as specified in § 154.062 of these specifications.
(D) Curing. Curing of curb and gutter shall conform to that of a portland cement concrete pavement as specified in § 154.062 of these specifications.
(F) Cold weather limitations. Cold weather limitations for curb and gutter shall conform to that of a portland cement concrete pavement as specified in § 154.062 of these specifications.
