(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any parent, guardian or other person having the care and custody of any minor who violates his or her duties under § 130.01(C) shall be deemed guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $100, nor less than $10.
(C) In the event any parent, guardian or other person having the care and custody of any minor charged with being an habitual curfew offender under § 130.01(D) shall be deemed to have committed an infraction of this section, and upon being found liable therefor, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $75, nor more than $1,000.

(D) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.02 shall, on conviction, be fined in the sum of $25 for each offense so committed by him or her.
(E) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.19 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100 for each offense committed by the person.

(F) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.20 shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $100, which penalty shall be assessed and recovered in a civil action brought in the name of the City of Washington in a court of competent jurisdiction.
