Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or who shall resist or obstruct the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a municipal ordinance violation, and, in addition to being responsible for the costs of abatement and administrative expenses as provided for above, shall be punishable by a municipal fine of $50.00 for the first offense, and $100.00 for the second or subsequent offense occurring in the same calendar year.
