§ 99.08 RECOVERY OF COSTS OF ABATEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION.
   Upon abatement of the nuisance by the city, its employees, agents or contractors, the city shall issue a bill to the owner of the real property upon which the violation occurred, for the costs incurred in abating the violation, together with an administrative fee in the sum of $75.00, plus the cost of service of the notice. In the event the bill is not paid within 30 days, the costs shall be certified to the Daviess County Auditor for collection as delinquent taxes.
