§ 99.07 SCHEDULE OF ABATEMENT COSTS.
   (A)   In the event that the Washington City Street Department abates a nuisance on real property, the following fees shall be used for keeping an accurate account of the expenses of the abatement. All fees for equipment or manpower are on a per hour basis with a 1-hour minimum, except for administrative costs, which is a flat fee.

   (B)   Not all equipment listed will necessarily be used for each abatement. A minimum fee for abating tall grass shall be $250 and that fee shall increase by an additional $50 for each additional abatement on the same property each calendar year.
