(A) In the event that the Washington City Street Department abates a nuisance on real property, the following fees shall be used for keeping an accurate account of the expenses of the abatement. All fees for equipment or manpower are on a per hour basis with a one hour minimum, except for administrative costs, which is a flat fee.

(B) Not all equipment listed will necessarily be used for each abatement. A minimum fee for abating tall grass would be $140.00.
