§ 99.03 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS CHARGED WITH ENFORCEMENT.

It shall be the duty of the Code Enforcement Officer and/or the Building Commissioner of the City to investigate any alleged violations of this chapter, and upon determining that a violation has occurred, to cause the abatement of such nuisance by following the procedures provided in this chapter, or in any other manner as authorized by law.
