§ 97.066 PROPER PLACEMENT OF LEAVES FOR CITY PICK UP.
   During leaf collection time, leaves shall not be set on the streets or alleys to be picked up, leaves are to be left between the curb and sidewalk, in areas of no sidewalks, leaves shall remain on owner's lawn at the edge of the street until pickup.
