§ 97.061 FEES ASSOCIATED WITH STREET CUT REPAIR.
   The required fee mentioned in § 97.057(A) must be reimbursed upon proper completion of the cut repair and will be equal to the cost of the city repairing the cut. This fee will not be reimbursed if the repair contractor does not complete a satisfactory repair and follow backfill specifications mentioned in this chapter.
