§ 97.019 STRUCTURES PROHIBITED ON STREETS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to encumber any of the streets or sidewalks of the city with any buildings, fences or other structures, vehicles, horses or any substance or material whatever so as to interfere with the free use of the same; provided, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to sidewalks under a permit issued by the city.
   (B)   No person or persons shall in removing any frame or other building, suffer the same to obstruct any street or alley of the city.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to park or place any vehicle in the space between the curb and the sidewalk.
