An officer or the Building Commissioner who finds a vehicle or parts such as are described in § 90A.01 shall attach in a prominent place on or near the vehicle a notice tag containing the following information:
(A) Date, time, officer’s name, city and address and telephone number to contact for information;
(B) That the vehicle or parts must be removed from public view within 72 hours;
(C) That failure to remove the vehicle or parts in question from public view within 72 hours is unlawful and shall be punishable by a fine of up to $50 per day.
