(A) It shall be unlawful for an occupant of private property to continuously keep on the property:
(1) An unlicensed vehicle, operable or inoperable; or
(2) Parts from such a vehicle;
in a location visible from public property or from a public roadway.
(B) This section specifically is directed at vehicles such as those used in demolition derbies and/or which have been specifically adapted or constructed for operation on privately-owned raceways.
