§ 73.06 BICYCLE RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   It shall be permissible for any person to ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk within any residential district. The bicycle rider shall at all times yield the right-of-way to pedestrians and shall give pedestrians audible warning by signal before overtaking or passing them. No person however, shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within any business district.
   (B)   No motorized bicycle shall ride upon any sidewalk within the city.
   (C)   No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk or within a roadway where officially placed regulatory signs prohibit riding.
   (D)   Any person riding a bicycle upon any sidewalk shall come to a complete stop and give the right-of-way to all vehicular traffic before entering any roadway.
