(A) For violations of §§ 72.20 through 72.22 pertaining to large vehicle parking, any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of the large vehicle parking law shall be fined $100 for each offense. Upon citing a vehicle for violation of the large vehicle parking law, the Police Department shall make a reasonable attempt to locate the owner or operator of the vehicle, present him or her with a copy of the citation, and supervise the movement of the vehicle from the unlawful location. If, after making a reasonable effort to locate the owner or operator the police are unable to locate the owner or operator, the police may tow the vehicle, which towing shall be at the owner or operator’s expense.

(B) For violations of any other parking regulations of this chapter, any person, firm or corporation violating any regulation shall be fined $25.
