§ 72.04 UNLAWFUL PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in any place in the city, in which place the parking shall be declared to be prohibited by the Board of Public Works and Safety of this city as indicated by appropriate no parking lines or signs painted or erected at such places.
