§ 72.03 OVERPARKED VEHICLES TO BE REMOVED BY OPERATOR.
   A vehicle which is overparked must be removed by the operator, and the failure to remove an overparked vehicle within 2 hours after the first notice of a violation has been posted is hereby declared to be unlawful and an additional or subsequent violation of this chapter.
