5-4-7: VESSEL USE:

Vessel use on the facility is limited to unpowered vessels, or vessels powered by an outboard motor with ten (10) horsepower or less according to the manufacturer's listing. Two-stroke outboard motors are not permitted. Discharging hazardous materials or pollutants in the Facility is prohibited. Utah boating regulations are enforced. No overnight parking of vessels is allowed without a proper permit. (Ord. 2021-1177-O, 5-4-2021)
