A. Operating Or Parking Vehicles Or Trailers: Operating or parking a vehicle or trailer, except where permitted, or in a designated campsite matching the time and date specified on a valid permit, is prohibited. No overnight parking of vehicles or trailers is allowed without a proper permit. The operation of vehicles, including, but not limited to, cars, trucks, machinery, motorcycles, dirt bikes, and OHVs and ATVs, off designated lanes of travel is prohibited within the boundaries of the facility. Vehicles or trailers operated or parked in violation of this provision shall be towed and impounded at owner's expense. It is prohibited for any person to commit any act, by use or operation of any motor vehicle in the Facility, which if committed upon a public highway or street in the state, would be prohibited or unlawful.
B. Speed Limit: The speed limit in the facility is fifteen (15) miles per hour. (Ord. 2021-1177-O, 5-4-2021)
