5-4-5: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
   A.   Camp Host Instructions: Failure to comply with camp host instructions is prohibited and can result in cancellation of a permit, removal from the facility, or both.
   B.   Garbage, Rubbish, And Hazardous Materials: Disposing of garbage or rubbish of any kind, including hazardous materials or pollutants, other than at points or places designated for the disposal of materials, is prohibited.
   C.   Discharge Of Wastewater: Discharging wastewater of any kind is prohibited.
   D.   Recreational Activities: Paintball, target shooting, waterskiing or jet skiing are prohibited. Any other activity that damages the facility is prohibited.
   E.   Events Prohibited Without Permit: No person shall engage, conduct, or participate in a scheduled event within the facility without a special recreation permit, a special use permit, or a cooperative agreement.
   F.   Sound Systems, Noise: No person shall use loudspeakers, amplifiers or public address systems in the facility without approval of the County. Quiet hours are ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. to seven o’clock (7:00) A.M.
   G.   Entertainment and Similar Activities: No entertainment, exhibition, meeting, concert or tournament, whether public or private, and whether for profit or not, shall be conducted at the facility without a special event permit or other written approval of the County.
   H.   Commercial Activity, Vending: No person or group may utilize the facility for profit or financial gain without a special event permit or other written approval of the County. This includes, but is not limited to, selling, entertainment, concerts, and other activities that charge a fee.
   I.   Personal Property: Junk or personal property that poses an immediate threat to the health or safety of the public may be seized and discarded immediately without prior notice. Junk, vehicles, campers, RVs, trailers, vessels, or other personal property left on the facility by a User or permit holder, for twenty-four (24) hours or more, or after permit expiration, may be seized, discarded, or impounded.
   J.   When personal property is seized, a notice shall be left stating where the property is being held, how long it will be held, and how to contact the holder of the property. All seized personal property shall be retained and disposed of pursuant to the Utah State Code for abandoned property, and at owner's expense. (Ord. 2021-1177-O, 5-4-2021)
