8-16-1: URBAN FARMING ASSESSMENTS:
Washington County authorizes property owners in the County to participate in urban farming and utilize the provisions of the Urban Farming Assessment Act as codified in Utah Code Annotated sections 59-2-1701, et seq. (Ord. 2020-1161-O, 8-18-2020)
