When planned development applications are filed, the developer shall comply with the following conditions:
A. Zone Change Application: Apply for a zone change through the planning department. All information required by the zoning ordinance for a planned development zone shall be submitted. Site plans shall include all information required in this title for a preliminary plat. Planning commission approval of the zone change shall also constitute approval of the preliminary plat.
B. Compliance With Zoning: Permitted use approval of the planned development zone shall comply with the zoning ordinance. (Ord., 6-5-2000)
