9-4-2: FENCING REQUIRED:
The owners of all farms, subdivisions and other private property shall fence their said property so as to prevent domestic animals from trespassing on such farms, subdivisions and other private property. (Ord. 247, 9-8-1969; amd. 2004 Code)
