9-1-13: APPEAL PROCEDURE:

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the building department or building official applying the building codes adopted by this chapter may appeal in the manner provided in Title 10 chapter 2. (Ord. 2007-929-O, 2-6-2007; amd. Ord. 2022-1205-O, 3-15-2022)
