8-4-3: PURPOSE OF PROVISIONS:

This chapter is enacted to provide the county with a source of revenue to allow the county to more effectively carry out its role as a political and legal subdivision of the state. The board of county commissioners hereby directs that the provisions hereby be interpreted and construed to accomplish this stated purpose. (Ord. 656, 8-25-1997, eff. 1-1-1998)
