1-6-3: COUNTY CLERK/AUDITOR OFFICE CONSOLIDATED:

A. Consolidation: The Offices of the County Clerk and the County Auditor shall hereafter be consolidated and one person shall perform the duties of County Auditor and County Clerk.

B. Name Of Office: The consolidated office shall be known as the County Clerk/Auditor.

C. Election: The County Clerk/Auditor shall run for election. (Ord. 471, 10-9-1989, eff. 1-1-1990; amd. 2004 Code)
