A. Purpose: It is hereby deemed to be in the best interest of the public to consolidate the Office of the County Surveyor with that of County Commissioner four (4) year term, whose term is concurrent with that of County Surveyor.
B. Performance Of Functions: All functions relating to that of the Office of County Surveyor shall be performed by or under the direction of the County Commissioner four (4) year term, whose term is concurrent with that of County Surveyor.
C. Consolidation: The Office of County Surveyor hereby is consolidated with the Office of County Commissioner four (4) year term, whose term is concurrent with that of County Surveyor. (Ord. 416, 10-6-1986; amd. 2004 Code)
