8-1-15: GOVERNING LAW:

The collection of delinquent taxes, including tax sales, is governed by Utah Code Annotated title 59, chapter 2. In the event of a conflict between this chapter and the laws of the state of Utah, the laws of the state of Utah prevail. (Ord. 2005-885-O, 8-23-2005)
