Any person contesting any action taken in conjunction with the tax sale shall file a written protest with the Washington County commission within ten (10) days after the date of the tax sale. The commission will review the submissions and render a decision based upon that information. The commission will not grant a hearing to those contesting a bid. (Ord. 2005-885-O, 8-23-2005)
